The Rooms: Each room felt like a cozy sanctuary with its own air conditioning and free WiFi. It was like having my own private oasis, complete with a flat-screen TV and a safe for keeping my valuables secure.

Pool maintenance: Since it’s September and the end of the season, the pool area was not really looked after. The water was still, a little muddy, so we just opted for the beach and the sea.

Nothing too much trouble, will be back. Marvellous location just off center, everything good. Easy to get to Grape Cafe, located within 5 minutes on foot. A bath bath, a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The ambience was quiet...

Big and clean rooms. Very friendly person at the front desk and owner helped us park our car in a small tight space. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The place is located a bit up the hill away from noise and busyness of roads yet the city is still in walking distance. The staff was super nice and friendly, very attentive and always ready to help. They were very nice to fulfill all my requests.

The Aircon took a good 4-5 hours to cool the room in the night and we couldn't get a good sleep. It's probably one of the hotels furthest from the bus station.

fairly nice experience overall, would love to return. enjoyed views towards garden and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows offered by the apartment. the place is very close to center.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on a quiet street away from the busyness of the roads. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Guests can enjoy a stunning view from the rooftop terrace, overlooking the mountains and the sea.

The pool area was not well-maintained during the end of the season, with the water being stagnant and muddy.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable at Apartments And Rooms Grand Palazzo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel organized a taxi to and from the airport, which was convenient for my first solo trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and old town. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and had a friendly atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning mountain and sea views.

The hotel provided great value for the price. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets. The rooftop pool with mountain and sea views was a definite highlight during my stay. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room fresh and clean every day.

The noise in the room next to the reception area, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep. However, the staff at the reception were considerate and checked us out in a friendly manner in the morning.

It's great that the room had a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control, and the staff were extremely friendly and amazing.

Great value and nice location, just a short walk down to the beach/riviera. Parking right out front the hotel, just mention you need one when making the reservation.

So lucky to have a lovely view of a construction site from my room, and the Wi-Fi was a great excuse to disconnect from the world. The front desk person was delightful in helping me park in a space meant for ants.
